Welcome to Finca Del Mar. We offer lodging, dining, and horseback riding from our beautiful property overlooking Guasacate Beachbreak, Popoyo, and The Outer Reef. Don't get stuck surfing the same beach everyday, stay with us and be in the middle of all of the surf spots. Less driving time equals more surfing time. Besides great waves, there are also great restaraunts nearby, like Rana Roja and Yolanda's Cafe. Or, enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner served daily here at Finca Del Mar. We grow our own fruits and vegetables and our hens provide fresh eggs each day.

If you are looking for a break from surfing, we have several fishing rods and reels and can lead you to a few nearby places to try some inshore fishing. We can also set you up with a half or full day offshore fishing charter based out of the nearby village of Asterillo. If fishing is not your thing, feel free to take one of our horses for a ride on the property or along the beach.

We are located in the department of Rivas, muncipality of Tola, town of Guasacate, Nicaragua. Most people refer to the area as Popoyo. The waves are good, the wind is offshore, and the roads are dirt. Nicaragua is now definetly "on the map" as a surf destination, but that doesn't mean you have to pay premium prices to come vacation here. We offer a special all inclusive package that includes: airport transfers, lodging, meals, 4x4 truck with driver, and a boat trip; for as low as $38 US Dollars per day per person.
